      Keep in mind that bolt to the vacuum booster is a stud that comes off your brake and clutch pedal assembly. I wouldn't cut it. You need to just pull the assembly out from the inside the car if all the nuts are off. That assembly pushes through the firewall in those four holes and then attaches to the steering wheel column brace as well. Take those two nuts off inside the car and the whole assembly should slide out.
