      Just saying Hello.. New Guy

It wanted to make sure I wasn't a ghost on the site. I'm building out a 1966 GTO (non-numbers matching) and I've acquired a salvage 2011 Camaro SS that I intend to use as a donor car. The LS3 and 6 speed manual are in good shape, but my question is around the rest of the parts off the Camaro.

Has anyone stripped a new new Camaro down to use on a GM A body vehicle.. brakes, electronics, interior, suspension, etc.

I'm going to be pulling a bunch of parts and pieces from both cars that I don't plan on using, so my next question..

Where is the best place to sell all of the excess, other than a salvage yard.. not sure craigslist and ebay are the best forums, but wanted to ask.

      Thanks..

The suspension would probably not be possible, well, possible yeah, but cost effective no.
I'm not sure on the dimensions of the GTO but a 5th gen camaro is something close to 11" wider than a 1st gen. The interior is about 5" wider but that can be made to fit with slimmer custom door cards etc.
What you want has been done, I'm currently in the process. this is a great place to ask questions and/ or do your research on it.
some parts could also be sold here, or on camaro5.com
