Extended TRE for Pinto Rack?

I didn't see a steering section so forgive me. I narrowed a Pinto rack about 5" and the stock tie rod ends won't quite reach the spindle. I can find MII tie rod ends in all different lengths but nothing for the smaller threaded Pinto rack.

Anyone have any ideas? I'd really like to stick with the stock style joint versus going to heim joints but maybe that's my only option.
