Thanks To Paul At Hydratech
After numerous attempts at trying to bleed the front of my brake system I decided to loosen the master from the hydroboost and it bled excellent. I was recomended to Paul at Hydratech to verify my problem through this forum. Although I did not purchase the unit from him, with a brief explanation of my situation he knew that the pushrod inside the unit was .035 to long and had given me a few suggestions. I decided to make a spacer from alluminum which actually measured .040 which gives my an additional .005 since I did not want to remove the unit a second time. It worked perfectly. Unfortunately I did not purchase the unit from Paul but would highly recommend him for anyone thinking of setting up a system like this or other system. He was very knowledgeable and the customer service was incredible. Remember I did not by the unit from him and he was troubleshooting the situation anyway. I wish I have met more people like Paul through the coarse of my build up. Thanks again.
