      C6 Master, Brake Lock-Up

I just installed C6 Z51 brakes on the front of my Nova, to go with LS1 rears. I also installed a MY2006 C6 booster and master cylinder, with a modified push rod to fit my brake pedal.

I took it out to bed the pads, and found my front brakes nearly locked up when I got back to the garage. I jacked the front up and couldn't turn the tires, though was able to drive it in the garage. I didn't check the rear.

I initially thought it was my line lock, but I was able to free the brakes by unbolting the master from the booster. I checked the clevis, and it isn't pushing the vacuum booster, and I double-checked that I didn't plumb the line lock backwards. it seems like the pushrod for the master cylinder itself is too long, but that makes no sense since they came off the same car.

I connected the rear master cylinder port to the line lock, then to a T to the front calipers. The front port goes to the rear by way of a Wilwood proportioning valve. I was told that the C6 is plumbed the same as the C5.

So what did I do wrong here?
EDIT: I just went out and checked the push rod length. I forgot I had lengthened it last night when I was having issues bleeding the rears. It may have been too long.
