A friend and I recently asked ourselves the question, "if you could only have six cars, and money was no concern, what would you have?" My answer:

New truck
Whatever the wife wants to drive
Singer 911
1st gen NSX
The 1968 GTO I have now
some convertible that would be welcome at any road rally in the world (think MM or Colorado Grand)

That said, looking at your list of cars and assuming you want something different rather than more of the same, I would be looking for a big drop top (think 1964 continental), a momentum type sports car (maybe elan or elise), or something that is recently legal to import (skyline, E30 wagon, older EVO, etc.).
