      Hello from Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Hello! I have been a long time lurker and decided to finally join. I make most of my own stuff, for example I fabricated a 3link for airbags and watts link for my 59 Edsel (I will post pictures once I figure out how) My next project is a 38 Pontiac touring sedan, of which I am in the planning stages. I am considering an LSA front end. I am still trying to figure out the rear end ( do I want to go torque arm or 3 link in the back... That I am trying to figure out and depends on under body and seat clearance. I am not against cutting the floor pan, I want to keep the back seat.

This is the arch I made for the upper link, lower links and shock attaching points. The shock mounts tie into the airbag mounts.

Here's a better view from the top. The exhaust runs on the outside of the frame rail, since I removed the leaf springs, there is alot of room for the 2" pipes, I wrapped them for extra protection from heat.

here is a mock up of everything put together. I now realize after lurking on this forum, that the watts link being slightly above center may be too high, but hey, its a street car, I have a 1 inch rear sway bar in the back, a 1 and a half sway bar in the front and commonline airbags, so hopefully it all works out. We will see.
