1936 Chevy Truck Low Cab Build
Figured id start a thread to document my progress on the build and have a place for pics since the frame is almost done. I bought a 36 low cab a few months ago with the intentions of a simple build but things snowballed quickly and to what will basically be a fast street/race truck. As far as the body i wont be modifying the cab since i want it to be as comfy as possible in there, the bed will be built from scratch and I sourced a 34 front truck grill. Those will be the only body parts present on the truck. Everything else is being fabbed from scratch. Suspension is based on c6 vette geometry on 4x2 frame rails. Heres some pics on where I'm at on the frame. Hoping to have majority of the frame done this week. I drive down to southern california this weekend to pickup a ly6-6l90 liftout that will go into the truck with some big hp upgrades.
