Custom all steel fender vent

Made this on a fender I'm splicing into my damaged fender. Cut out the face area & made a new insert with the 2 bends which eliminated the 2 rear welds. Bent a soft corner onto the edges & welded it to the face area. Then made a soft cornered 1/8" x1/8" part to give some thickness to the front edge, Grille is a sample.
Used mig welder to tack while holding by hand , cleaned up , & finished with tig.
