69 camaro ls swap. looking for specific size header

I'm not having any luck finding a 2" primary with 3.5" collectors for a LS swapped 69 Camaro. can anyone point me in the right direction without going to a custom 2,000$ option?

are there any other make/model cars that has a header that slips into a 69? it seems like a ton of room under there.

Why 2" 1 7/8" is really the sweet spot for most LS engines.

I typically run 1 7/8 with dual 3" exhaust on my builds. This one will be 2" primarys with a 3.5 collector with dual 3.5" exhaust. It's a 408 stroker with ported ls3 heads and a 3.6 kenne bell blower. A little more exhaust for the cubes and blower.

They have a great reputation for a quality product that makes great power in later model cars.

Are those the headers for the MuscleRodz/BRP mounts? They place the engine high and forward. What mounts are you using?

I got the brp mounts and crossmember. I keep hearing that they are high and forward, but no real pictures. My alternator is currently stuffed in the frame so an inch up and forward would be an improvement in my case. Hopefully it doesnt create clearance issues with my blower.

Im currently running adaptor plates and the blown 408 split the mounts in a hurry

if I decide I don't like the BRP mounts, is there a such thing as running a taller polyurethane mount on the frame side that would bolt to the adaptor plate? i would keep my mounts if the motor sat about 1/2-1" higher. i have a feeling that the 2" primary isn't going to play nice with the upper control arms i'm running.

thank you dave. do you know what mounts these headers were designed for? the price and quality of the BRP mounts and headers was great, but my hood wont close with the blower and these mounts.

I sent the hedmans back because my hood wouldn't shut with their motor mounts (blower on top of motor). I sent ARH my money and they don't fit with the 80e. they basically told me It was designed for the turbo 400 and wont fit with 80e....you would think they would put that on their site after running into the issue a few times.

here is where the collector fit with ARH.

and that wasn't even with the header torqued down.

it's annoying how the simple things can set you back for so long!
