You need to define your goals and your budget before you go any further. But basically the sky is the limit on what you can do suspension wise. Anything from a ridetech street grip kit all the way up to aftermarket subframe or even a full frame replacement. You just need to decide what you want and how much you're willing to pay to play the game.

My goal is to have a machine that handles well and I can thrash on. I'd like to keep it simple, a Bolt on option would be most favorable. I don't wanna swap subframes or anything. Budget I'd like to keep under 4 grand for front and rear combined

Just remember that 75-9 Nova has the same subframe as a 2nd gen Camaro. But the rear end is 68-74 Nova,67-9 Camaro. Then you can go from there. So upgrade for a start,I use KYB shocks Sway bars I use 1 1/4 front,7/8s rear bar. Subframe connectors wheels and tires. then you maybe when you need to and can afford it you can go through front end and may change to F-41 springs.

If you're only looking for suspension, you can do some pretty nice upgrades for $4000; if that $4000 include wheels and tires then things get a big thin.

Start with springs, shocks, and sway bars which you should be able to swing for around $1500.
Add Front control arms around $1600
      Subframe Connectors $300-400

With that and some 275mm tires front and rear the car will handle amazing.

We just had a Firebird in the shop that got this same treatment and it was awesome for the money spent.

Jon I was reading on the hot rod site that you guys put a tvs kit together for a late 70s nova. Are you still able to do that?
