      Need a little help, please...

      O.K. I have started putting my 1970 Chevelle back together. And as I start putting my weather stripping on the car I get to the area around the doors. I get out the weather stripping for the the upper part of the roof. And all that is there is the rubber. There is suppose to be metal that runs along the roof line that attatches to the rubber. This is also where the glasses seal off to the body. The problem that I have is it was thrown away nearly 2 yrs ago. What do I do now. I can't seem to find it in any resto. books. Any ideas? Or does anyone know what years or body styles might interchange?

      We actually just had this same problem on our 1970...the restoration places told us to start checking junkyards...
