How to repair this 67 camaro

Long time reader and have gathered lots of good info on here. Had my 67 camaro blasted and epoxy primed and the rust popped up in unexpected places like always...

Question is how to repair this area (circled in red) with buying a new part? Or just bite the bullet and buy new. Thanks in advanced

Not the best picture for giving opinions my 2 cents ....buy a new roof skin and/or a new drop rail section and then start cutting and welding

You might consider looking into the AMD Installation Center to replace that damage.
