      My 65 Mustang build

So this is where i started with my car. No steering, missing strut rods, no wiring, and a bin full of random parts.

so it had a long way to go, here it is once i got it driveable. this motor came out of my parts car. thing was slow, broke a lot and leaked a little of everything. pulled it because it liked to get hot, like 240 hot.

i had a t10 behind it, unfortunately i found out when i went to put it in the car that it had the wrong tailhousing for my car. i made a bracket to put the shifter in the right spot but it never felt right. now here is where its at right now. got the motor and trans out of my buddys car when he went bigger. its a 289, mild cam, preformer rpm intake with edelbrock 500 cfm carb, summit hei. i cut the stock radiator support out to fit a bigger radiator and fan in it. suspension wise it has new replacement upper and lower arms. tcp strut rods, roller perches, 620ib coils, 1" sway bar, 5 leaf reverse eye leaf springs, shelby dropped, quicksteer pitman/idler.

so next up is brakes. just bought some calipers off a late model cobra. still need to order soft lines, rotors and prop valve. then im looking to 8.8 swap the rear, then a t5. interior wise im looking to do an 8 point cage, seats, belts, and lose the grant wheel.
