67 camaro fatman control arms anyone using them?

Just bought a set of uppers and lowers from a friend that ran them on his race car. they look a little hokey to me? I have just bought a set of classic drop spindles and want to use these arms as well, anyone have any input to these goods or bads? Thanks Tom

I just installed a set of these upper and lowers on a customer(friend who payed me ) 68 firebird, i was not impressed with them at all. They were heavy and not braced very well, however I am sure they would hold up just fine. There was no geometry improvement what so ever, so they were pretty pointless. Also there was no del-a-lum type of bushing option, only rubber/poly, he got rubber. Here is the worst part! there are NO bump stops on these arms, nor are there any place to install them, so when you hit bumps the suspension is going to compress as far as it will go, way easy to scrape the headers, or have the control arm bang the frame. Because of this when you jack up the car and the suspension droops, the upper control arms sag all the way down, and the lower control arm travels too far, and the spring comes un-seated, so when you lower the car, the srping loudly "pops" back into place!!! What a joke!! THey are purely for looks, and don't even look that great, I would invest in somethin gbetter
