      Well son of a,,,,,,

So I picked up a 4 WD s10 rearend from Co worker, got spring perches cut off, was making arrangements to take it home but it was stolen from work, the idiots set it outside and scrappers stole it.
      Yeesh, can't catch a break.
I mean I didn't really have any cash in it but lost my wider rearend and a sway bar.

That sucks & it was most likely a 8.5" rear axle.

Well not really, I believe it was older zr2 4 WD drum brake rear end,,,,, not an 8.5 I believe. Also the axle tubes were not necked at housing,,,,, was hoping it WAS a latter zr2. Also lost the sway bar

Didn't someone steal a Scanner that you had at work like 6 months ago? You need to start chaining your stuff to the wall!

The crackhead scrappers would always ask before they took stuff at my old shop...granted, they had two ARs pulled on them when we caught them raiding the pile the first time ;)

Man, I'm glad I don't have that problem in Central Indiana! Maybe check the local scrap yards?

I had a guy come knock on my front door asking about my scrap. It was a 5 gallon bucket full. I couldn't believe he saw it from the road.
Another time we had a set of 90's Mustang wheels and tires stolen. After that nothing was left out front.

Well it wasn't out front, but next to side door of building. All ready had cut off spring pads to remount the ones I had at home. And yeah boss has been running off tire scroungers lately. I definately will run off any of the *******s now!
