Also real question shiild be what are you trying to acomplish
CLD matting like being discussed is to stop panel resonance (structual vibration) it wont help with heat nor air bourne noise
these will need entirely different products
ie thermal matting, Closed Cell Foam(Decoupler) and Mass Loaded Vinyl(air bourne)
