Hey Ben,

My buddy has a crazy big screen LCD set up hooked to his computer and we play "GTR-2". Awesome game. Has VIR on it.

THE ANTICIPATION IS TOO MUCH!!

As with any project the sands in the hour glass just keep slipping through....................it has taken a LONG TIME but I am not complaining as the results are just spectacular. My body guy works for a Cup Team full-time and moonlights my project after work and on weekends, so everytime the team wads up a racecar I know my car will take a little longer as he has to put in overtime to get the racecars back in shape! The body is in color now and I was really looking forward to springing some "completed" pictures on everyone here soon............so for now here are some pics prior to color.........getting there fellas..........little by little..........more updates sooner than later.........Thanks guys!!!!!

Earlier in this thread someone made comment on having either the 5,24,or 48 drivers put this bad boy to the test?? (Would'nt that be sweet) Maybe after Sundays performance by Marcos he might be looking for a new ride? JK.. What a heartbreaker he dominated that race and blew his line on the last left turn! You have to feel bad for the guy..(sorry if its a bit off topic) Love this build though.

Agreed, Carl is not my favorite but I like the way he saved what he had for the last lap and put the pressure on without spinning him out. I feel for the guy 2 years in a row he blows it on his own. Maybe he should go on a "walkabout" for a while and get his head back in the game..

The Camaro Body was to be "released" early for "good behavior" from "Paint-Jail" but my parole officer lost the paperwork so it had to stay a little longer!!

When I was a tike I used to always watch Saturday morning cartoons and "Speed Buggy" was one of my favorite. Always liked the wheels on Speed Buggy and think the Billet Ralleys look a little similar! Not exactly but similar!!

Have had the Camaro in this green color since 1987 when I bought it.

I am so looking to the day when the Camaro is DONE with a capital D, and I am sitting on the grid at Lime Rock on an Open Track day......................to me that will be nirvanna...............not a care in the world.................just looking forward to ripping off some hot laps in my dream car.....................can't wait.
