GM Performance LS3 ERod P2135 code won't run

Has anyone run across a P2135 with a GM Performance E-Rod Crate motor. Fundamentally it is an E67 LS3.
I have had an intermittent issue with the engine starting and immediately dying. Usually it will eventually run fine.
I have tuned the engine and it runs great except for the intermittent running condition. It is throwing code P2135 Throttle Position (TP) 1-2 Correlation.

I have tested continuity for pins D,E,F&G (5 volt reference, Low Reference and Signals for TP Sensor 1 and 2) and they are fine.
I have changed the Throttle Body and still have the codes and start then immediately die condition.

I see this is an old post but maybe you're still looking for any kind of direction. I'd probably voltage drop test each circuit from ECM to throttle body. And then I'd look real closely at the pins in the connector. Make sure the tension tab inside the pin is not spread and you're not getting good contact with terminal and pin. So pretty much pin drag test each female terminal to make sure there is sufficient drag to provide good contact at the throttle body and ECM for those circuits. And of course double check again all grounds. Even voltage drop test the all grounds.
