      coilover help please

      hello all. I have a 79 trans am fitted with Hotchkiss tubular a arms. I have ridetech HQ coilovers at the rear with the BMR torque arm kit and want to fit the ridetech up front but my a arms take standard springs. is there a way of fitting the ridetech coilovers to the Hotchkiss a arms .cheers kev

      If the Hotchkis arms use a standard lower shock mount, ridetech offers a T-bar that'd go through the lower bearing and bolt with two bolts to your lower mount.

      thanks for the reply I will get in touch with ridetech . I have seen some adjustable upper a arms made buy another maker . can I use them with the Hotchkiss lower a arms or is it best to stay all Hotchkiss . cheers kev

      You can use other uppers, it's just normally recommended to use everything from one manufacturer.
      Were you thinking SPC arms?

      just had a good look summit says there adjustable but I don't think they are
