      rear axle width question

Looking at putting 20'' x 15'' x 5'' back spacing wheels on the rear of my project. How much do i need to narrow the axle to fit 15'' wide wheels. I understand the frame is going to be pinched significantly. Thanks for any information.

You'll need to state what kind of car your project is. With only 5" backspace on a 15" wheel I'm guessing it will need to be narrowed quite a bit depending on what its going in.

Not nearly enough information to give any answer. In fact, the only way you are going to know for sure what axle width you need is to mock up the wheels/tires under the car and actually measure the distance from WMS to WMS.
