Starting to take up Deposits for the track day, here is the last email I sent out to the participants:

All right track day participants,



Below is the current list of people and their cars. It’s time to commit fully and pony up the cash, Need to have $100 deposits from everyone by September 30th 2016. If I receive 15 or more people by that date we will book the track and your deposit becomes nonrefundable. If we do not meet our goal of 15 we will have a discussion if we want to cover the difference and go with the number we have(do the math $1600/number of participants). If we choose not to proceed with less than 15 everyone will receive their deposits back in full. Clear ??

Any difference to actual amount required will be collected by October 14, 2016, ( I have zero interest in covering the difference myself).

Please reply all with any question so to make this a group conversation and we can all be on the same page.
