      gbody wheel offset

Ok I realize the width is a issue I don't mind using a bfh and rolling my fenders for them to fit . the wheel is a 18x10.5 with a +22mm offset what size spacer is gonna need to best center the wheel .I was planning on running a 275 but would love to run more if possible .. Also the fronts are a 18x8.5 with a +30 . Car is currently stock height but I'd like to lower it once I have the meats under it to see how much I can .

      Here's a great wheel calculator
      http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.j...ont&text2=rear

The wheels you have a over 1" too deep for our cars, the rears will not mount, as there is very little over 5" from the wheel hub to the rear frame/fenderwell.

Our cars fit these without too much work:
      Front: 18x8 4.5" backspace (0mm offset) or 4.25" bs, tire 245/40/18
Rear: 18x9.5 5.0" backspace (-2mm offset), or slightly less offset (4.75") tire: 275/35/18

To fit your wheels, you will need a 1" wheel adapter on the rear 9.5" wheel w +22 mm offset, and a 1.5" wheel adapter (38mm) for an 8.5" wheel w +30mm offset.

Note: on the front with an 8" wide wheel, a 4.0" bs (-10mm) puts the tire outer edge into the inner fenderwell boltheads.

You could also fit an 18x9.5 on the front, with carefull measurements, and not running the car too low.

      I am running:
      17x8 4.5" bs w 255/45/17 Nitto 555's
17x9.5, 5.0" bs, w 285/40/17 Nitto, and 1/4" spacer on both rear sides.
My SS is slightly lower than 2"/1" drop.

Note: you may have to replace your rear UCA for adjustable arms to center the rear axle, you may be fighting for 1/4" on either side, a 275 is a tight fit in most tire brands. Depending on the wheel hub you may need to replace you rear wheel studs, specially if you need to add a small spacer.
