Where to stay - Nashville Goodguys in May

My first trip to Nashville Goodguys this year. https://www.good-guys.com/nvn-2015
Anyone have any recommendations on places to stay?
Near the the stadium or out of town?
Are there cruises set up in town so a hotel in town would be good?
I see the thursday/friday night parties are at the airport Marriott.
I'm not familiar with the area at all. Appreciate any help.

The Host hotel is a nice place to stay as is the other hotels nearby. Cabs can take you downtown to party pretty cheap if that's what you want to do.

Just my 0.02, I personally would not stay right beside the stadium. Looks pretty rough....

Last year we stayed at Holiday Inn Express Nashville Airport – 1-615-883-1366.

It had alot of area for trailers and such. Was not very crowded, and had a hose/area to wash cars.
It is also in a dead end cul-de-sac. Not a lot of thru traffic.

Nah, not worried about that....So somewhere around the airport sounds like the place to stay so far.

Don't be telling everyone about my secret Hotel spot. lol....
I've stayed there for years....Host is just up the hill and some trailer parking if needed.

you can park trailer at stadium and drive car to hotel. Not realy alot going on at host hotel,unlike at other goodguys host hotels. Stay downtown. Tons of NICE hotels. and a alot more to do on Broadway.

KOA has cabins there. We stayed there on the PT in 2011

Phontanel has a cruise in. Has a band a restaurant and hotels there. Has a zip line and other things going on all so
