LED RBG (color adjustable) Dash Lights

I searched around a bit but didn't find anything. I'm sure I searched for the wrong thing.



Anyway, I'm going to be doing some custom dash work soon and I'd like to replace the bulbs in my Autometer gauges with LEDs on an RGB switch/dial. Basically, the kind that allow you to dial in the color of your choice, like they sell them at Ikea for your home or as found in newer Mustangs. Surely someone has done this for interior lights before? I've found companies that make this stuff but not for automotive/12v applications.

Any idea how to go about this without serious electrical engineering skills? I'm surprised there's not a kit that someone sells. It'd be a lot more convenient than swapping gels on 5-7 gauge lights behind the dash.
