hydratech bleeding

I posted this same question under topic "bleeding".
I have an all new Hydratech boost system and aluminum master cylinder with all new lines and valves. Dry, new system.
I can not get ANY brake fluid to flow from the master cylinder resevoir into the brake lines.



Any ideas on what the problem could be?
