      Help with pad knock-back

I'm fitting '01 Blazer rear discs on a '72 A-body and have a question about pad knock-back. I've only recently learned what pad knock-back is after reading a few posts here on ProTouring.com. My car is an Olds with a corporate 10-bolt that has bolt-in axles; however, even with the bolt-in axles, I still have about .035" of end-play in the axles, i.e. you can pull the rear flanges in and out about .035". Is this enough to cause a pad knock-back issue with my rear brakes? This car will be my daily driver (in Houston traffic) so I need very dependable brakes.
