torque arm set up or 4 link set up for rear suspension?

Okay as I'm getting closer and closer to ordering a new rear suspension set up I keep looking back and forth from ride techs stuff to speed techs stuff. I'd love to hear some feed back on the two also I know ride techs 4 link will work with the dse mini tubs would the torque arm set up also work with it? Thanks also the car it is for is a 1971 Camaro
