350Z seats in a second gen?

Hi.
Still in the parts hoarding stage of my 71 firebird project.
Found a good deal on a couple pairs of seats.
Does anybody know if the 350z seats will fit a second gen? I'm sure I will have to modify the brackets...

Also found a set of e46 BMW seats, however, not sure if these are affordable as the seller has not gotten back to me yet.

shouldn't be hard to make them fit, don't know of anyone that has installed them in an 60s-70s car though

if they're what your looking for in regards to price, comfort and side/lumbar support, get them
just measure width of seat to make sure thy;re not too wide, if good to go, making them work with floorpan not a big deal,
