      WTB 315/35R17 used tires

Looking for 2 used 315/35R17 tires for rollers/test fitting. I prefer the wider versions like Good Year GS-D3's or the Nitto 555's and BFG's, but not the narrow 555R or the Sumitomo.

      Thanks
      Jeff

I will consider 335/35R17's as well, but the 315's will be a better fit for me.

      Jeff,
I assume these are for the rear. What size are you running on the front?
I ask as I'm having a hard time finding 17" tires for track and street use. BF Goodrich (Rival / KDW)doesn't make the 315 17 size.

I have not bought the wheels for the front yet, but I plan to run 235/45R17's or maybe even 245's. This is going on a very cheap mini tub 69 Camaro project. For the street only. I will probably just buy the 315 Nitto 555's from Wal-mart later on if I can't find some used tires. I know I have at least a year or more before it is streetable but I need something to clear the LS1 brakes now. Performance Plus Tires had 17x11 American Racing Hopster wheels with 7.75" BS on sale for $119 each with free shipping. They fit perfect on my car with the relocated springs and 2nd gen Camaro 8.5" rear. I don't have the lip that I really want, but I have to get what I can afford now.

I did notice that BFG had the 315 size listed for the Rivals, but noted as not available. It maybe a while before they make them, but I would think they would not have put them on their web page at all if they had no plans on it. The 335's were not listed. I have no plans on racing/embarrassing myself with this project so the 555's will do.

I'm running this fitment on my Nova and love the look. Fat lips are for porn stars.

I just need them to hold air. 315's or 335's. They can be worn out.
