Hey guys I'm new from houston just bought this 70 chevelle malibu that i plan on doing a budget pro touring build. i got the shell for decent price the car seems to have original body with minimal rust. floors and trunk are good just have to see whats under this paint. plans are a 5.3 and 4l80 transmission, charcoal grey with black stripes. lowered on maybe ccw classics or the replicas. I'm gonna need some help in the ls swap part so many different options out there as far as mounts , oil pans and stuff like want to know what has worked for you guys. let me know what you guys think

welcome to the board. 5.3's are cheap and easy to build should be pretty reliable too.
