Bad wheel hop with ridetech coolride bags... any advice? Gm A body

I have a 1966 skylark with a turbocharged Buick nailhead and I am getting some bad wheel hop. I run a rear sway bar, umi upper and lower tubular control arms.. non adjustable upper but might weld up some heim joints in the uppers. everything is new (all bushings)with summit 3 way adjustable shocks and ridetech cool ride bags. I am wondering if I am just battling pinion angle issues. I am running the tires at 30psi.. to hard? I am running a Quickperformance 9 inch rear with a Detroit locker and 3:55 gears
