      Rookie Bodywork Question

So I sprayed primer filler over my firewall project and block sanded it down. I noticed I have two low spots; too low for the primer filler to fix, but just barely. its about .010 of an inch. Should I use filler, glaze, or do I have bring it back down to bare metal and start over? I don't mind the extra work, I would rather have it come out right, but I am stupid when it comes to all things auto body related. One last question, what do you recommend to use for the topcoat I am going to paint the firewall satin black. Would black base-coat and satin clear be the most durable? Thanks in advance.
