Thanks for the site! I have a few cars and truck projects currently. 1 is my drag car, a 78 Grand Prix being back half'ed now with a 4 link ( CV-1 headed Pontiac 866hp engine on 92 octane pump junk), my daily driver, 1980 Grand LeMans with a way over rated LS engine which I am replacing with a true Pontiac 350, (which after this LS makes me wonder why do people think this series engine is a great engine? are they that used to junk? And no, it's not my first LS, but hopefully the last!!!),
My trucks include a 52 Studebaker on a later model Chevy dually chassis, 601hp,610tq Pontiac 455 , currently a 400th, but getting a 4l80E built for it. It when finished will be my tow vehicle for the racecars. A S15 that had a rod/piston windowed 5.3 LS in it, not sure what I will put in but it will be V8 ! Possibly put a OLDS 350 in, but not completely decided.
A wrecked SRT8's 6.2 Hemi to go in my 65 Valiant with a Hot Rod's to Hell rear suspension, American Racing's 17" TQ Thrust II rims, and a modified by a buddy and me to fit 2000 WS6 T/A's front suspension, cradle, etc.
The other sleeper project is my 88 Tbird, last of the "Aerobird" body, 393 Winsor/ Cleveland head combo. I will only say it ran 10's @ over 130 mph N/A, but idles at 850 rpm with very slight lope, E85 combo.
Really wanting to see what is going on in the pro touring end of this cool car hobby !
