under the hood paint

I have 65 Chevelle that I'm working on and what im interested in seeing is any pics of what anyone used for paint under the hood on the firewall and on the inner fenders. Im not looking for the shiney base coat clear coat paint. I'm looking for something that's easy maintenance yet still looks appealing I have seen cars wherePeople have used I don't want to say flat black but its kinda like that.
