      Need wheel and tire suggestions

Ok, so I just got my return back and now its time for some wheels. I need some help deciding what to go with. I have a black 1991 third generation F-body Camaro and want to know what might look good on this car not sure to go chrome or black on black. Plus any suggestions in sizes would be great! I was thinking 18" and 19" in the back OR 19" in the front and 20" in the back, no idea on good widths. Also whats a decent set of tires? I was looking into Nitto and Michelin but if theres anything else as a starter set that would be cool. Thanks guys!

Thanks for the help, much appreciated!

As a 3rd gen owner and wheel manufacturer, I will give you my 2 cents on this - to make sure you are looking in the right direction.

You don't want to go larger than 18" all around as the sidewall becomes too short for good handling and ride - plus the possibility of damage goes through the roof. You can fit 275 width all round and with the right wheels and offset up to a 295 on all 4 corners. You can also get a 315 under the rear with the right wheels and offsets without minitubs.

In terms of colors, do not go with black wheels on a black car - doesn't look right in most cases (looks like steel wheels). Chrome, silver, or a miriad of colors do look good. Too many tires to choose from - although some are not available in every size.

I'll probably get some heat for this but, look on eVilBay.

I picked up both sets of wheels for both of my 4th gens off eBay. They are very nice quality and balanced up nearly perfect.
18" C6 replica's in black chrome with 285-30's on the CETA.

For my '94 Formula I got a set of brand new 17 x 10's with Nexen 275-40's, mounted and balanced, with free shipping, for a grand. I sold the stock 16's for 500 and ended up with less into the new set of wheels and tires then if I had just put new tires on the 16's.
These are Z06 replicas in chrome.

Size: 432.1 KB I had thought of getting a set of chrome ZR1 wheels but the issue is the are designed to fit a C6. I'm almost certain they have the same bolt patter (5 x 4.75) but not sure what I'm going to need for spacers on my 3rd gen.
Thanks for the help, much appreciated!
