'69 280se W108 LS9 TT

Hi there,



Have just purchased a 1969 Mercedes Benz 280se in a sad state of repair. Which is a good thing as I have no intention of a era perfect restoration, moreso a pro streeter type build whilst maintaining the classic shape of this model.

I've been involved with mainly late model japanese turbo and Aussie muscle performance but never undertaken anything of this type before, or scale for that matter.

In short I want to run a LS9 Twin Turbo, 6 speed automatic, IRS, airbag suspension, brake upgrade, engineered and presented to a street/show standard.

There won't be much in the way of a build thread just yet, as my free time is extremely limited, but its a labour of love and hope to tap into this communitys' resources for some well rounded guidance.
