      DSE Quadralink Alternative Crossmember

Has anyone installed the Quadralink without their crossmember? I'm curious if it can be installed with another type of shock mount that doesn't require cutting up the floor.

If you figured out how to ditch the crossmember my guess would be you'd need a shorter shock also. Besides the lack of reinforcement issue that would need to be addressed, I would question weither the suspension would operate as intended after that.

A better alternative in my opinion would be to chose a system that fits below the floor. One of the torque arm systems is a great choice if you still want a pan hard bar. Or one of the canted 4 bars if you still want a four link.

If your car is already nice and you don't want to cut it up stick to a more bolt on friendly system. Dse parallel 4 bar is invasive.

Yeah kinda what I figured, just curious if it is done just to achieve a really low ride height or to clear the upper arms.

      I wonder...

ridetech has there 4 link that uses a bolt in bar under the rear (no cutting of the trunk floor). I wonder if their coil over setup could be adapted?
