Thanks, I try to not go our there too early in the morning on the weekends. The few times I've forgot to turn the compressor off and it leaked down enough to light off at 3 am in the morning I've heard about it though.

It's cool having him 150' and two walls away if I need to do something to help him out, while at the same time he's 150' and two walls away so it's not any kind of hindrance with him being there either. Most people that live in subdivisions have neighbors closer to them than Dad is to us.



It's not a huge apartment but he can park his car inside the garage with a door opener, can smoke inside, and has a huge fenced back yard with a nice deck for his pretty large dog. Not many apartments around with those kinds of amenities available.
