First Gen Camaro front body pannel assembly

So the front of my car is already put together and the seams and undersides of the panels are already finish painted but the inner fenders are not installed. I dont want to risk scratching everything up so what is the best way to go about installing them? Pull the entire front end off and install them then put the front panels back on as once piece or get the inner fenders in place then install the fenders and everything else piece by piece? Also if what order should I align and shim the panels? Any advice?

I have had better luck bolting the inner fenders to the fenders and installing the front clip as a unit. It takes four people to really control everything as it is being positioned. Also, remove the front wheels and tires first. It gives you more wiggle room.
