More of a racer at heart but enjoy most cars . I have quit most forms of racing at least once but just can't seem to kick the habbit I am more into road racing today but did visit a drag strip once this year .
I am working on an old drag car that is solid but it will take work to convert into my toy . I think I would have been better to start with a stock chassis but I own it and going to create a weekend toy . The car is a back half drag chassis with a full cage I am toying with the idea of leaving the modified frame in place and designing a truck arm style suspension for the back I have a few parts left over from previous race cars and I will see what works and does not work.

Welcome, I am in b'ham. One of the more famous pt cars called "bad penny" was a converted drag car. It runs a three link though.
