      annoying adds everywhere

Is it just me or do the google adds pop up on different locations in the forums? I understand advertising but these google adds are (to me at least) very annoying/disturbing :-(
In other forums I visit you only get that when you are not logged in...

The new ads are experimental and we are just testing the waters with them in terms of website experience, placements, and revenue. Things may change in a couple of weeks.

Hate it. Revenue good, ads between post bad.

Back button doesn't work anymore either. Does anyone actually test this stuff before it is released?

I agree, way to many adds, and with non car related ads like Verizon it will take away exposure to the car related sponsors.
I don't think it's a good mix.. Looking at this page now, their are 3 ad's and only 7 posts.. Way to extreme..

OK, I'm done here. Useless site without a back button. Complete cluster. Hope you can get it fixed.

Yep, this test session is a FAIL.

I rather pay to be a member than deal with this crap.

X3 Pages are slow to load and an ad popped up in the middle of the page, I figured the site had been comprimised. Guess it is after all... with google ads. The site has been "Scroogled"

I just need a little more time to see what works where, what we can leave, what we need to remove and so on. In the end I'm certain it won't be the same as it is now.

While the curser is on the "back" button, right click and select the line you want to go back to...works for me, though irritating; and yes too many bs ads. This worse than watching TV.
