ss chevelle/monte dash

i bought this 70 monte ss dash housing last sat. pretty cheap,and was not liking the idea or amount of work filling in the holes in the dash face,the monte ss dash has holes drilled into the words windshield wipers etc...so i had to come up with a better plan.this is what it looks like when i bought it,then with some cleaning and a quick spray of sem landau black 15013 i was good to gobut i had to do something about that faux wood paint on the sheet metal insert,well i experimented with some honda bumper black plastic paint and this is what i came up with...but then i thought i really want the dash to stand out so i used some of the blue oneshot paint i used on my turn signal and headlight bezels and grill.i pinstripe in the picture looks purple but its really blue in person.what do you fellows think?i want to put dakota digital analog gage package with the blue lighting or a custom deal.phil
