12 Bolt C-Clip Eliminator kit ID with pics

I'm tearing down my 12 bolt to do a disc brake conversion and replace axle bearings/seals. During the tear down I discovered it has a C-clip eliminator kit of some sort. I'm not sure what bearings and seals to get as replacements. If any one can ID what I have and give me some guidance that would be great. Quick info on the axle, it's a 12 bolt out of a 67 SS. It has Richmond 4.11 gears and an Eaton Posi and 30 spline axles. Here are pics of what I've got.

Just taking a stab but I bet you'll have to have the bearing pulled off the shaft and get the number off of it to find a replacement. Just take the axles to a machine shop and have them pressed apart so you can get the parts you need.
