6L80E with Paddle ShrifterSix Paddle Shift - Success

We've been involved with about two dozen successful 6L80E swaps that include our ShrifterSix™ paddle shifter. Here's a really interesting and important one, because the owner is sending a good bit of power through the transmission and runs slicks to harness that power.
Of course with out manual shifting, the 6L just wants to upshift into high gear as soon as possible. ...and that helps explain why someone might want a paddle shifter. Regardless of how smart a transmission controller might be, there are times when you -- the driver are smarter than the computer. You might choose to hold a gear or short shift.
