Really know how to hurt a Mopar guy don't 'ya.

Yes it is a similar design, but No, Randy makes it specifically to fit the lower valance of the '67-'69 Barracuda. He just recently added this to his offerings, I believe I have the second one he sold prior to him listing them officially.

HAHA.... just an observation... but i think it looks great on it... it really fits the design cues of the front end...

Hood closes now. The air cleaner that came with the throttle body conversion was too tall to clear the hood. Had a one off six pack air cleaner made for the car, the base will be painted black and the top Hemi orange with a 440 6bbl decal. For car show purposes I will probably take the air cleaner off and display it in the trunk and put a lexan cover over the throttles.

About another week to go on body work before primer, blocking and then finally paint.

Visited the car in paint jail today. A few updated pictures... body work is a painfully slow process.

Great project. I see your car every time I go up there. I wish they'd hurry with yours so they could get to mine. I have the Camaro two slots down from you (in background of your hood pic).

Well, the YELLOW camaro on the other side of yours is in front of mine... so we both are waiting. And the little side projects keep sneaking in... I guess it will all get done eventually. Is yours going to be yellow also? Mine is bucking the trend - it will be green!

Randy - I decided I am waiting until I am done with almost everything else. They would just be in the way for a while. I am leaning heavily towards the Scat Procar Rally seats. I will probably go by the shop tomorrow. I have the front tires.

Rear tires fitted, almost time to paint

Rear tires are on. 18x10 with a 295/40-18. I tested with a 1" spacer, at that point the tire still clears the stock lip by 1/2" on the outside. On the inside clearance is 2-1/4" at the closest point. 335 will fit easily, 345 would be tight.
