      before I order parts

Before I drop the cash, I want to make sure I have the right plan. I have a 67 camaro, that is mostly a weekend cruiser. I like to cruise up the mountain canyons with, and am thinking about doing a few autocross sessions next summer. I was looking at just ordering the hotchkis sport suspension package but then thinking maybe I could leave some things out with the reading I have been doing. Now I am looking at the hotchkis spring and leafs, front swaybar, and subframe connectors. Also bilstein shocks, global west upper arms and lower delrin bushings for the lower control arms. I figure I will re drill the upper arm holes at the same time. Is this a solid plan? Or should I just order the hotchkis sport package and add subframe connectors and call it good? I have been reading a lot of threads, but you seem to find something different in every thread. Car has 225/60/15 and 255/60/15 on the back, 383 with 350 to the wheels (hopefully).

Edit* it also has manual steering, I am hoping to keep it that way but after adding caster with the new alignment (after suspension upgrades) am re thinking my current steering setup, may have to do power steering

I would stick to the Hotchkis set up. They make great stuff and have been doing it for some time. Stick to your plan!! You'll save money in the long run.
Now to really confuse you. With what you plan on doing with the car, you could just put some better wheels, tires, and shocks on and call it good. Don't listen to that... buy the Hotchkis system!!

Its manual drums right now. I'm going to do stock 69 camaro brakes, s10 rears with a corvette master. I'll put good pads and rotors on as well. Want to keep the 15" wheels.

I was surpirsed how it handled out of the box. Even with traction bars, so I'll probably be happy with whatever I dojust want to get the best bang for the buck

Yeah, stick with the Hotchkis parts!

Your current plan of running our springs, leafs, connectors, Bilsteins, and front sway bar with the GW upper arms and Delrin bushings for the lower arms sounds like a really nice setup; and adding the Guldstrand Mod is icing on the cake. The only advice I would offer would be to run our new Fox Tuned shocks in place of the Bilsteins; they are such a nice part and they are only a few dollars more.

If you want to PM me we can talk about pricing for a package deal and working with your budget.
