What oil pan to use for LS-1 into 1969 Firebird w/ original sub frame ?

Good afternoon, Can someone tell me what I will need to use for the installation of a 2004 GTO LS-1 engine into a 1969 Firebird convertible. Also what is an excellent quality and reliable hydraulic clutch set up. Will the original 2004 GTO set up work with an aftermarket Tremec TKO 600 five speed. This is a completely new adventure for me so I am all ears at this point. Please offer any advice you feel has value and is proven sucessful.

What oil pan is best for this application & pump pick up if something else is necessary ?
Engine mounts from ? DSE ? Go with set back mounts to clear factory GTO oil pan if necessary ? DSE offers mounts w/ 1.5" set back towards firewall for additional room. Is this necessary for my application ?
Transmission cross member if stock 1969 automatic unit will not work.
Wire harness modified or made new by ? Street & Performance ? M&H ?
      Computer re-flashed by ?
Hydraulic clutch set up by ?
Nice exhaust system, pre mandrel bent for this conversion (LS-1 / 69 Firebird).

I am sure there a whole host of additional questions so please feel free to add or remove as necessary. Thank You very much.

I used an Autokraft (Champ) oil pan and Speedtech crossmember, motor mounts, and hydraulic clutch plate with GM hydralics. GMPP LS3 525 crate engine with GMPP controller & harness. GM Z06 clutch.

      I used a 2004 GTO LS1
      Mast Oil Pan
Car Shop Inc Mounts (I used 1 inch setback, required Fbody alternator to fit subframe)
      Custom Crossmember for Viper T56
DaytonaYellaz Wiring Harness (I used a different company, but DY is pretty much the best and great prices)
Most Wiring Harness Companies can flash ECU's
Stock Fbody hydraulics works fine, shim appropriately for non-T56 application
I used Hooker headers for LS1 swap, and a jegs prebent exhaust, all fit amazingly well.

On my swap (currently ongoing) I used:
      -5.3/4l60e from a Silverado
      -DSE mounts
      -Dynatech headers
-Mast oil pan. In retrospect, I would use a stock LS1 pan instead.
      -Wiring harness/ECU from PSI Conversions.

      LQ9/GTO T56 swap into my '67 Camaro, I used:

      Holley LS Retrofit oil pan
McLeod 67-69 Hydraulic Clutch Conversion Kit
      Dirty Dingo Slider Engine Mounts
      BMR T56 Tansmission Conversion Crossmember
Core/Hurst Shifter (relocates the GTO shifter to F-Body position)
PSI Wiring Harness (they will flash it for you)
      Magnaflow 2.5" Exhaust

My only mistake was trying to save a couple bucks and using the cheap eBay headers. I had to dimple them in 3 place to get them to fit around the steering box. Those will get replaced at some point.

Mast pan will work great in that application. After using the Dirty Dingo mounts, I wouldn't think about any others.

The only issue with running autokraft oil pan and dynatech headers is one of the header tubes comes really close to the oil cooler plug above the oil filter. .750 of a inch or less.

I used 1" set back motor plates stock eng mounts and a stock LS1 oil pan. I even had room for my rear steer unisteer rack. Fit perfect and flush with the stock frame cross member.
