      Headliner tack strip

Planning on installing my own headliner, or at least gathering up all the parts. Do I need the tack strip? All the vids I've seen dont show it. Found this and wondering if I need to buy it.

      Headliner tack strip

To pull the headliner material taught behind the b pillar they are required. I had to source mine from a yard. As far as I am aware they are not available repro.

Just went through this with my 68. Buy it!! I only found one place that sold the front tack strip ($100 used gm). The rear everyone has! You need the front for the headliner molding to attach to.
