      A short OLoA video.

Here's a short video of the Three Amigos at VIR during the final afternoon session. VIR is a great facility with accommodations that are hard to beat. This was shot from our hotel room balcony. Listening to James' car is gearhead Beethoven.

This may have been addressed before, but what is the whining noise in OLC?

I believe that's OLC's secret supercharger. It doubles as an alternator.

      Dammit Carl...

First off - I thought it was you who said that since it was only compressing a portion of the inlet air charge and that the output distribution was neither strictly linear nor perfectly directed that we were not going to have to call it a supercharger.... now we are? I have gone to great pains over the last five years to say with 100% confidence and comfort that it is "not supercharged, despite what you might hear"... now you're telling the world that it is? What am I supposed to do now? Call Rupp and have him set the record straight?

I suppose now you want me to remove the vanes off the flywheel and plug the holes in the bellhousing or your going to be telling everyone that is a supercharger too...
